Q: I received my Certificate of Eligibility to seal or expunge but I feel overwhelmed.   Can the Rooth Law Group help me complete the sealing or expunging process?

A: We receive inquires such as these on a regular basis.  Many people become overwhelmed with the next step of the process.  Our office drafts legal documents every day.  The Petition to Expunge is no exception and is difficult if you are unfamiliar with the legal system.  We will gladly assist you complete the last few steps of the process.
