You’ve got so many questions. We’ll give you answers.

Q: How soon can I get a hardship license if I lost my license for 5 years?

A: Typically, the DMV makes you wait 1 full year.  During that time, you must not drive.  A charge for a driving offense will make approval very difficult.  You must request a hearing on your application for a hardship license with the Bureau of Administrative Review in your county.
