Q: Does Pinellas County have a diversion program?

A: Pinellas County does offer a diversion program known as Pretrial Intervention Program (PTI). The program is available at the sole discretion of the Office of the State Attorney. Not all charges are eligible for the program. The application is available by contacting Pinellas County’s Office of the State Attroney. You are not required to have an lawyer representing you to obtain this application or to apply for the program.
