Q: Does law enforcement suspend a license upon a DUI arrest?

A: No, when the breath results are below a .08 and a urine sample or blood sample is provided, they do not take your license.  If your breath results are below a .08 and you refuse urine or blood sample they will suspend your license for refusing to submit to testing.
