Q: Can I lose my license for too many speeding tickets?

A: Suspensions are issued by the DMV if you receive too many moving violations.  Speeding and running a red light are just two of many moving violations.  Each violation can assess points on your license.  If you reach 12 points in 12 months, 18 points in 24 months, or 24 points in 36 months you will be facing a mandatory suspension.
