Q: Can I go to trial in Pinellas County and beat my DUI?

A: Absolutely.  DUI cases are difficult to prove but many people are afraid to take the case to trial for one reason or another.  The observations of the police officer(s), the video, the breath results or refusal are what the jury will see and hear.  Many cases sound much worse on paper than they play out on video or at trial.  The jury often times can see themselves in the accused shoes.  Most jurors are not much different then you and I and they find it hard to convict a person when they may be just like you and have an occasional drink after work before going home to see the family
