Q: Are you always arrested if you violate your probation?

A: No, every situation is a little different.  Typically, the Court will decide which cases or defendants they want to issue a notice to appear to and which ones they will issue a warrant for.  If a warrant is issued, the Court will decide if a bond is appropriate for the case or not.  There is no definitive way to know which cases will be issued a notice to appear.
