Violation of Drivers License Restriction

Client drove down a side road after visiting his girlfriend and was stopped for speeding.  The officer cited client for violating his business purpose only restriction for no using his license for Work Purposes Only.  We successfully removed the restriction with the Department of Motor Vehicles and Highway Safety and negotiated a reduction in the charge.  Reduced to civil infraction Failure to Display a Valid Licensee.
