Trafficking Cocaine over 400 grams, a 15 year mandatory Florida State Prison Sentence and on Federal Probation for Carrying a Concealed Firearm

Client’s car was stopped for allegedly failing to come to a complete stop at two stop signs.  The officer stated the car smelled of burnt marijuana.  The police searched the vehicle and located 427 grams of cocaine under the backseat of the SUV.  Sentenced to 18 months Florida State Prison running concurrent with Federal Sentence.
