St. Petersburg Violation of Probation Dismissed
Probation violated client when he travelled out of the country for business. The employer for Client changed the flight plans without telling Client and a domestic flight was now an international flight. Client only had permission to fly domestically. Customs stopped client and requested travel permit. Upon inspection Customs called Clients probation officer. Probation violated Client for the international travel and for late restitution payments. Client’s employer cleared the issue and partially explained the issue regarding travel. Client caught up on restitution. The Judge saw my Client was making ever possible effort to complete probation and had no violations for 3 years. The Judge Dismissed the VOP Affidavit and continued the probation.
