Speeding in a School Zone
Client was charged with speeding in a school zone. Officer claimed the light on the school zone sign was flashing. Our investigation revealed the sign was not functioning properly and was going off a minute early. Client also testified the light was not flashing. This created a conflict in the evidence and the court found client not guilty.
