FDLE Incorrectly Denied the Application to Seal Record

Client retained our firm to seal a Hillsborough County misdemeanor charge of Exposure of Sexual Organs.  The Application to Seal was completed and sent to FDLE for review.  FDLE sent a rejection letter stating client had a prior adjudication in New York in the 1990′s.  The client was not in New York in the 1990′s so we requested an additional review of the Application to Seal.  After another review, FDLE cleared the New York charge but then stated client had a Broward County Adjudication.  Client was adament that he was in the military and not stationed in Florida during this time frame.  Again, our office pressed FDLE to clear this up.  Weeks later we received the Certificate of Eligibilty from FDLE and completed the process of Sealing clients criminal record.  Call or email us if you need assistance Sealing or Expunging your record.
