Driving on a Suspended License Without Knowledge in Saint Petersburg
Client was stopped for speeding, allegedly travelling 70 mph in a 35 mph zone. While the officer was writing the ticket it was discovered our client was driving on suspended license. Our client was cited for driving on a suspended license without knowledge (DWLS). Upon closer examination we were able to get the suspended license charge dismissed. The speeding citation was negotiated to a lesser speed and fine amount with no points or driving school imposed.
