Disorderly Conduct

Client was allegedly was running nude through the neighborhood.  Police were called but unable to locate the nude person.  Police continued to search and a citizen stopped a police officer and provided a new location to find the nude person.  Police located my client nude near his home.  Police originally cited client for Exposure of Sexual Organs but the Office of the State Attorney reduced the charge to Disorderly Conduct.  Our office was retained after the charges were reduced by the Office of the State Attorney.  Upon our legal research, the Office of the State Attorney Nolle Prossed the case, which means the State of Florida dropped the charges.
