Battery on a Pregnant Woman (felony)

Client allegedly struck his pregnant girlfriend several times during a heated argument.  Client’s girlfriend was noticeably pregnant.  We negotiated a diversion program on a charge that typically is not even considered for the program.  Reduced and entered misdemeanor diversion program.
